Dr.Songxinping Lab finds C3a to play a large role in urinary track issues regardless of age, and weight. Their 3D Prostate Targeted Treatment is based on the research.

The 3D Urology and Prostate Clinic is a leading research and treatment center in China for urological and prostate conditions. The underlying mechanism for why some people are more susceptible than others to prostate issues has often eluded scientists however, recent break threw from the Dr.Songxinping LAB has come out with a new factor that looks to play a role. Results of the study found that Toxin C3a looks to be elevated in patients with prostatic hyperplasia induced by tissue inflammation. This research is promising because if scientists can reduce C3a production a viable treatment for prostatic hyperplasia may be possible.
The Sing lab carried out this experiment by collecting samples from 42 patients at the 3D Urology and Prostate Clinic and 8 people for a control group, these samples included serum prostate specific antigen (PSA), serum free prostate specific antigen (fPSA), urine routine and blood routine examinations. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELSA) were done to observe the C3a concentrations. Lab results found that the control group without any prostate issues had a far lower concentration of C3a than the prostate compromised individuals. This showed to 97% degree of certainty that C3a was a valid cause for increasing the chance of combined tissue inflammation of prostatic hyperplasia. Those with prostate hyperplasia displayed similar levels of C3a regardless of the size their prostate had inflamed to. C3a concentration was also shown to not correlate with the age, weight, fPSA, or PSA of the patient.

By showing a clear correlation between C3a concentration and Prostatic Hyperplasia scientists can now look to manipulate these levels and see if reducing the C3a concentration in the prostate will help in treating this disease. Novel treatment may be in the horizon thanks to the Dr.Songxinping LAB and there research on the correlation of C3a levels with Prostatic Hyperplasia. C3a levels is just one factor for problems in the prostate, the Dr.Songxinping LAB and the rest of the researchers at the 3D Urology and Prostate Clinic will continue to research mechanisms that cause prostate and urological issues.
